Do I need a VIN to buy a pack?

No, you do not. Pay now and the reports wait on your balance. Enter the VIN whenever you have it, from the listing or the car itself. Most reports are ready in under a minute.

Do unused reports from a pack expire?

Unused reports stay on your balance as report credits for 6 months from the day they are added. You can see each credit and its expiry date in your account, under Credits.

What if no records are found for my VIN?

An empty result means none of the registries we read holds data for that VIN. Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund the report credit to your account, so you can check another car.

Can I use the reports on motorbikes, vans or trucks?

Yes. One report covers one vehicle by its VIN, whether it is a car, a motorbike, a van or a truck.

What countries do you cover?

We cover 30+ countries with the deepest coverage in Europe (especially Germany, France, Baltics, Poland, Italy) and the United States. Coverage varies by region.

If a report has no meaningful data for the VIN you entered, or never reaches you, tell us within 14 days and we add a report credit to your account.

When you get a report credit

  • You paid but the report was never delivered to you.
  • No meaningful data was available for the VIN you submitted (an empty or "no data found" report).
  • A technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving the report.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

How do I ask for a credit?

  1. Tell us within 14 daysEmail [email protected] with your order number and a line about what went wrong.
  2. We check the reportWe look at what the sources returned for your VIN and reply, usually within a few business days.
  3. A report credit lands on your accountUse it on the same VIN or another one. A credit stays valid for 6 months.

When it does not apply

  • A report you simply did not like. Reports are digital content delivered at once, so a change of mind is not refunded.
  • Requests sent more than 14 days after the purchase.

Do I get my money back?

Refunds are given as a report credit on your account, unless the law requires otherwise.
