These Terms of Service govern your use of mrvin.com and the purchase of vehicle history reports from VERIFY SIA (Roberta Hirsa 1, Riga, LV-1045, Latvia). By using the site or buying a report, you agree to these terms.

The service

MrVIN provides digital vehicle history reports compiled from third-party data sources based on the VIN you submit. Reports are delivered electronically and are for your personal, informational use.

Accuracy and limitations

The information in a report comes from external databases and registries that we do not control. While we work to provide useful and up-to-date data, we cannot guarantee that every report is complete, accurate or current. A report is not a professional inspection and is not a substitute for a physical inspection, a test drive or independent advice. You rely on a report at your own discretion.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the site in the applicable currency and include any taxes where required. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed, after which we begin generating and delivering your report.

Delivery of digital content

Reports are digital content delivered immediately after purchase, to the email address you provide and/or on screen. By completing your purchase you ask us to begin delivery immediately. Please see our Refund Policy for how this affects the right of withdrawal.

Report credits

Some purchases and approved refunds add report credits to your account. Each credit lets you run one vehicle history report at no further cost. Report credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are added, after which any unused credits expire. You can see your current credits and their expiry date at any time in your account, under Credits. Report credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, not to resell reports as your own product, not to attempt to access the service by automated means without permission, and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The site, its content and the report format are owned by VERIFY SIA or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the report you purchased.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VERIFY SIA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
