Partner Terms

Version: 1.0
Effective date: 9 October 2026

1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern participation in the MrVIN Partner Programme and use of the MrVIN Partner Portal. MrVIN is operated by VERIFY SIA, registration number 40203713379, Roberta Hirsa 1, Riga, LV-1045, Latvia, referred to as “MrVIN”, “we” or “us”. For partner support, statements, complaints and closure requests, use the contact form at https://www.mrvin.com/contact/ and identify your partner account. Do not include passwords, access tokens or full banking details in a general support message.

“You” means the person or business accepted as a partner. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate details, use accounts and channels you are authorised to use, and keep your login credentials secure.

Registration, a channel evaluation or acceptance of an invitation does not by itself approve a commercial deal or establish a right to payment. Participation requires the account verification, programme acceptance and commercial approval applicable to your role. Existing individual agreements remain effective according to their terms; this page does not automatically replace them.

2. Partnership types and individual offers

An Influencer promotes MrVIN reports through approved content and customer purchase links. A Referral affiliate introduces potential partners through a partner invitation link. A partner choosing Both may do both activities.

Creator partnerships are commission-only unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Your individual approved offer specifies your own-sales commission rate, revenue basis, effective period and any content deliverables. No fixed content fee, minimum income or default creator rate is promised by these general terms.

You must accept an individual commercial offer separately where required. Accepting these general terms does not automatically accept an offer. Sales before the applicable agreement or attribution became effective are eligible only if they are expressly included in approved written terms.

3. Two-level partner referral commission

Referral commission applies only where your participation includes the referral programme and a genuine invitation relationship has been confirmed and reviewed. For a chain where A invites B and B invites C:

  • A receives 10% of eligible sales revenue generated by B.
  • B receives 10% of eligible sales revenue generated by C.
  • A receives 5% of eligible sales revenue generated by C once C independently reaches three qualifying paid orders.

The 10% and 5% are percentages of eligible sales revenue, not percentages of another partner’s commission. The seller’s own agreed commission is separate. There are at most two paid invitation levels. A receives no commission from a fourth partner D introduced by C.

Second-level qualification is assessed separately for each seller. Once C qualifies, A’s 5% also applies retrospectively to C’s earlier eligible orders, including the first three qualifying orders, within the approved eligibility period. It does not include sales before the relevant relationship or programme agreement became effective unless expressly agreed in writing.

Example: if C’s first three qualifying orders each produce EUR 100 of eligible revenue, A’s second-level commission totals EUR 15 when C qualifies. B’s direct share totals EUR 30. C’s own commission depends on C’s separate approved offer.

A qualifying order is a genuine attributed purchase of a MrVIN consumer vehicle-history report or consumer report bundle, successfully paid and delivered, with positive eligible revenue remaining. B2B packages, free or trial reports, unpaid, failed, fraudulent, cancelled, fully refunded and charged-back orders do not qualify. A bundle counts as one order even if it includes multiple reports. Further report use from an already purchased bundle does not create another qualifying order.

The three-order count is cumulative during the seller’s continuous approved referral eligibility period and does not reset each month. An order counts only when the seller’s own applicable terms and both relevant invitation relationships were already effective. A three-sale unlock may appear as an estimate while sales await validation; it does not make the money payable.

Qualification is recalculated when refunds or chargebacks are recorded. A partially refunded order still counts if it has positive eligible revenue and otherwise qualifies. If C falls below three qualifying orders, A’s second-level stream becomes unqualified until C again reaches three. Its earlier estimates are recalculated, and any previously approved or paid difference is handled under section 4. Requalification restores the 5% calculation for the remaining eligible orders in the same approved period. Unaffected first-level and seller commissions are not cancelled by this second-level qualification rule.

Recruitment, registration, link clicks, follower counts and network position alone earn no commission. CRM sourcing or staff outreach does not create a paid referral level. Earnings are not guaranteed.

4. Eligible revenue and sales validation

The referral revenue basis is the amount paid for eligible reports after discounts, excluding VAT and shipping, reduced by applicable refunds. Discounts already reflected in an order total are not deducted twice. Free reports, trials, failed or unpaid orders and fully refunded sales are ineligible.

Partial refunds reduce eligible revenue proportionately to the refunded eligible report items. Fully refunded sales and chargebacks reverse their associated commissions. A refunded item cannot leave commission on revenue that MrVIN no longer retains. Refund adjustments use the original attributed order, effective rates and recorded conversion basis.

The standard validation period is 30 calendar days from successful payment and confirmed report or bundle delivery, whichever is later. Orders also require verified attribution, source reconciliation and usable revenue and FX evidence. An unresolved fraud, refund, chargeback or evidence issue may hold the affected order longer; it does not hold unrelated validated orders. The 30-day period is a commission validation rule, not a limitation on a customer’s refund rights or the time a chargeback can arise.

Corrections may occur after validation or payout. Each correction must identify the source order, reason and old and revised amounts on a statement. An overpayment is first offset against future approved commissions. If that is insufficient or the account closes, MrVIN may request repayment of the documented overpayment within 30 calendar days, subject to a reasonable dispute process and mandatory law. There is no automatic debit from a partner’s bank account and no penalty beyond the properly evidenced correction.

Amounts are calculated in EUR. A non-EUR order uses the actual historical conversion recorded by its payment processor for the successful payment. The record must identify the source currency and amount, EUR amount or exact rate, processor transaction and conversion timestamp. Eligible report revenue is allocated using that same conversion basis before payment-processing fees; processor fees do not reduce eligible revenue under these terms. If no reliable historical conversion is available, the affected commission stays under review rather than using an invented or current rate.

Convert the eligible net amount for each order to EUR, then round to the nearest cent using half-up rounding. Apply each beneficiary’s percentage to that order’s eligible EUR amount and round that commission separately to the nearest cent, also half-up. Statements sum these per-order amounts. Refunds recompute the order using its original rate; the correction is the difference between the previous and revised rounded commission, not a newly priced sale.

Historical sales must use the applicable recorded conversion evidence, rather than an unrelated current exchange rate. Missing payment, attribution, refund, ownership or conversion evidence may leave the affected amount under review. The same source order cannot be counted more than once for the same entitlement.

5. Links and attribution

Customer purchase links track report sales. Partner invitation links identify the person introducing an applicant. Use the appropriate link for its purpose. Assigned promotional codes may be used only within their approved scope.

An applicant must confirm the inviter during registration, and MrVIN reviews the relationship before using it for referral calculations. A copied link, click or application is not proof of a reviewed relationship or a paid sale. You cannot claim an existing partner solely because you contacted them later.

The customer attribution window is 30 calendar days after the most recent valid customer-link visit, where the necessary tracking is available and any required consent has been obtained. Within that window, the most recent valid partner customer link receives attribution. A valid assigned partner promotional code entered at checkout takes priority over a link, provided its ownership and permitted use at the purchase time are verified. An expired, invalid or unowned code does not establish attribution.

Where code ownership, account identity, source records or existing contractual rights conflict, the sale is held for review. Neither a last click nor a code overrides a proven pre-existing exclusive attribution right. A sale is never credited twice to different sellers for the same own-sales entitlement. Existing customers may qualify for new eligible purchases. Earlier purchases are not reassigned. Cross-device or blocked tracking is not guaranteed, and missing evidence is not replaced by a guess based on a customer’s name.

Partner invitations establish a separate reviewed relationship, not a customer-cookie window. Each partner has at most one reviewed inviter. There are no self-referrals or cycles. Existing relationships cannot be replaced by a later invitation without an evidenced correction, notice and review; no historical entitlement is silently reassigned.

Report attribution or statement questions through the contact page within 30 calendar days of the relevant statement where practicable, including the statement or order reference. MrVIN aims to respond within 10 business days. Later substantiated errors may still be corrected; the 30-day reporting target does not extinguish mandatory rights. Disputed amounts remain separately identified while undisputed eligible amounts continue through validation.

6. Statements, approval and payment

Sales revenue, estimated commission, approved payable commission and settled payments are separate amounts. Forecasts, simulations, historical-reference figures and leaderboard previews are not approved payment statements.

Payment requires eligible validated sales, the applicable approved terms and completion of the invoicing, tax and payment requirements communicated to you. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax details and meeting your own legal and tax obligations.

The payment cycle is monthly:

  • The cutoff is 23:59:59 UTC on the last calendar day of each month. The statement includes commissions validated by that cutoff, including older sales whose validation completed during the month and any evidenced corrections. Unvalidated estimates carry forward for later review.
  • Statements are prepared by the 5th of the following month. Payment of the approved payable amount is scheduled for the 15th, or the next banking business day in Latvia if the 15th is not a banking business day.
  • The minimum approved payable balance is EUR 50, excluding any VAT on the partner’s own invoice. Smaller approved balances carry forward without expiry while the account remains open. Reaching EUR 50 does not trigger an immediate or mid-month payout.
  • Payments are in EUR by SEPA transfer to an account held by the partner or their verified contracting business. MrVIN pays its own outgoing transfer fees. Any fee or conversion charged independently by the receiving bank is the partner’s responsibility. No unannounced administration or platform fee is deducted. Partners without suitable SEPA banking need a separately agreed method before payment; their valid balance is retained meanwhile.
  • The partner provides the lawful invoice or other legally valid payment document applicable to their status, correct identity/tax details and verified payment details by the 10th. No self-billing arrangement is assumed. If requirements are completed later, the approved amount is scheduled for the next monthly cycle. MrVIN identifies the missing requirement rather than treating the balance as forfeited.
  • Commission percentages exclude VAT on the partner’s own services. Where legally required and supported by a valid invoice, that VAT is accounted for separately. Any withholding is made only where legally required and is shown with its basis on the payment statement. Each party remains responsible for its applicable tax and reporting obligations.

Example: a sale paid and delivered on 20 October normally finishes its 30-day validation period on 19 November. If all evidence is complete, it enters the November cutoff and may be paid on 15 December, subject to the EUR 50 minimum, invoice requirements and approval. An approved EUR 35 balance carries forward; when the balance reaches EUR 55, the next eligible monthly cycle pays EUR 55.

MrVIN will not deduct or recover amounts outside the applicable approved policy and mandatory law. Raising a statement question does not itself waive your rights. Use https://www.mrvin.com/contact/ for payment and statement enquiries.

7. Content, materials and promotion

Promotional claims must be truthful and consistent with the actual MrVIN service. Do not promise complete vehicle histories, guaranteed financial results or benefits that MrVIN has not authorised. Clearly disclose the commercial or affiliate relationship wherever required by applicable law and the relevant platform’s rules.

Do not fabricate sales or engagement, impersonate another person, misuse tracking links, make unauthorised self-referrals, send unlawful spam or infringe third-party rights. Respect opt-outs and any conflicting contractual duties.

Approved briefs, talking points and assets may be provided by email after the applicable terms and eligibility requirements are satisfied. Delivery status may be shown in the portal. Content obligations, publication dates, brand-use permissions, content licences and any exclusivity must be agreed expressly; this page grants no general right to reuse a creator’s content.

8. Social channels and connected accounts

MrVIN may evaluate submitted channels using public information, authorised provider data or reviewed evidence. Audience figures and reach grades support human partnership review and do not automatically approve a rate or verify channel ownership.

Where a TikTok or Instagram connection is offered, you authorise access through the relevant platform’s permission screen. The read-only connection uses account identity/profile information, follower statistics and available video or Reel performance and insights to evaluate the partnership. Instagram connection is intended for supported Business and Creator accounts. Available metrics depend on the platform, media type, granted permissions and provider access; missing or hidden metrics are not treated as zero.

Only authorise an account you own or are authorised to manage. The evaluation access does not include posting content or sending social messages. Platform permissions, account identity and an approved commission offer remain separate checks. Evaluation does not by itself prove audience authenticity, guarantee sales or create payment rights.

Connection availability depends on the platform and approved access. How we process partner and connected channel data, including retention, disconnection and deletion, is explained in the Partner Privacy Policy at https://www.mrvin.com/partner-privacy/. The customer privacy policy at https://www.mrvin.com/privacy-policy/ applies to report purchases.

9. Privacy and partner standings

The Partner Privacy Policy explains how account, channel, referral, transaction and other personal data are processed. Programme acceptance is separate from optional marketing consent, provider authorisation and public-sharing choices.

Where the partner leaderboard is available, visible entries may show an alias or separately selected public name, paid-order counts, net sales and commission bands. Exact commission sharing requires a separate choice. Published sales and externally known rates may allow others to estimate commission.

Use the sharing controls to change your public label, exact-amount choice or visibility. Accepting these terms does not change those choices or authorise publication of your private email address, legal name or channel credentials.

10. Account restrictions, leaving and programme changes

Either party may end participation with 14 calendar days’ written notice. Partners may give notice through https://www.mrvin.com/contact/. MrVIN gives notice to the verified account email. Ordinary closure stops eligibility for new sales from the stated end time; orders earned within the applicable eligibility period remain subject to normal validation, refunds and correction. There is no promise of perpetual commissions from a former referral network.

MrVIN may immediately restrict access or suspend the affected activity where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud or a material breach. It will explain the reason and affected amounts unless doing so would be unlawful or compromise an investigation. The partner may request review within 14 calendar days; MrVIN aims to respond within 10 business days. It reviews any continuing hold at least every 30 calendar days and explains unresolved issues where permitted. A hold is not automatic forfeiture of all commissions.

Valid outstanding commissions are preserved. The final undisputed validated balance is paid without the EUR 50 minimum within 60 calendar days after the end of participation, subject to lawful payment documents and verified bank details. Amounts that genuinely require longer investigation are separately identified and paid within 30 calendar days after resolution and completion of payment requirements. Fraudulent or reversed sales remain ineligible; a programme breach alone does not erase unrelated valid earnings.

Material changes will be presented at least 30 calendar days before their proposed effective date, with their version and explanation. They require the acceptance applicable to the revised programme before new participation under that version. A partner who declines may end participation under the notice rule above. Urgent security or legally required restrictions may take effect sooner, with notice as soon as practicable. Earlier accepted versions and individual offers remain relevant to the periods they cover. This clause does not authorise retroactive repricing of earned commissions or automatic forfeiture of valid balances.

11. Scope, liability and disputes

This programme does not authorise you to bind MrVIN to obligations on its behalf. Bulk report sales to dealers, mechanics or other business customers require separate B2B commercial and attribution terms.

Each party is responsible for direct and reasonably foreseeable loss caused by its breach, subject to applicable law. Neither party is responsible for speculative or indirect losses to the extent exclusion is permitted. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, valid unpaid commission obligations or liability and rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. These terms add no monetary liability cap, general indemnity or transfer of content ownership.

The governing law is the law of Latvia. Raise a complaint first at https://www.mrvin.com/contact/ with the relevant account and statement or agreement reference. MrVIN aims to acknowledge it within five business days and give a substantive response within 30 calendar days, or explain any necessary extension. Either party may seek urgent relief where appropriate.

Unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Latvia, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules. This choice does not remove non-waivable protections or a right to use another court or authority that applicable law gives a participant. Complaints and this preliminary contact process do not waive or shorten mandatory legal rights.

12. Acceptance and copies

Before acknowledging, you can read these terms and the applicable individual offer. An explicit, initially unticked confirmation records the exact version and acknowledgement time. Individual offers, optional marketing, provider authorisation and leaderboard sharing remain separate. Keep a copy of the terms and offers shown to you. A later version does not rewrite an earlier receipt.
