What is a VIN and where do I find it?
A VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) is a unique 17 character code assigned to every vehicle. You can find it on the dashboard near the windshield (driver's side), inside the driver's door frame, or on the vehicle's registration documents.
How much does a Vehicle History Report cost?
A single report costs $29.90 excluding VAT. You can add a second or third report at checkout at a discounted price.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and popular local payment methods. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal.
How long does it take to get a report?
Most reports are generated in under 60 seconds. In rare cases involving extensive cross border checks, it may take up to a few minutes.
What countries do you cover?
We cover 30+ countries with the deepest coverage in Europe (especially Germany, France, Baltics, Poland, Italy) and the United States. Coverage varies by region.
Can I check a vehicle with just a license plate?
Yes! In supported countries, you can enter a license plate number instead of a VIN. We will match it to the vehicle's VIN and generate the full report.
